WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
SCHOOL FEES AND WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE:
All school dues are payable from the 1st to 15th of every month, failing which fine will be charged.
Fees will be charged up to 15th of every month without fine. After this, up to 20th an amount of ₹150/- will be charged & ₹250/- will be charged up to 31st of every month. If the fees is not cleared by the last working day of the month, the name of the non-payer student will be struck off the rolls.
Children who attend the school even for one day and are withdrawn due to any reason will have to pay the full fees up to September, regardless of whether they take the T.C. or not. Children withdrawn from the institution after the month of September will have to pay the full fees up to March, whether they take the T.C. or not.
Parents who wish to withdraw students must apply within the scheduled date, failing which they will pay 3 month fees, along with T.C. charges.
Parents should keep the fee receipts issued to them and produce them as proof of payment, if required.
